Mail scanning lets you see the contents of your mail digitally before deciding what to do with it. This guide shows you how to request scans.
How to Request a Scan
Method 1: From Your Dashboard
- Log in to your account
- Go to the "Mail" section
- Find the mail item you want scanned
- Click "Request Scan"
- Wait for notification (usually within 24 hours)
Method 2: Automatic Scanning
Enable automatic scanning in your account settings:
- All incoming mail will be scanned automatically
- You'll receive notifications when scans are ready
- Scans are available immediately in your dashboard
Viewing Scans
Once your mail is scanned:
- Access scans from your dashboard
- View in high resolution
- Download PDF copies
- Share with others if needed
