When Mail Arrives
Here's what happens when mail arrives at your mailbox address:
- Receipt: Mail is received and logged by the operator
- Notification: You receive an email notification (if enabled)
- Processing: Mail is processed according to your preferences
- Storage: Mail is securely stored until you take action
Mail Processing Options
You can configure how your mail is handled:
- Scan on Arrival: Mail is automatically scanned when received
- Hold for Review: Mail is held until you decide what to do
- Auto-Forward: Mail is automatically forwarded to your address
- Shred/Recycle: Unwanted mail is automatically shredded or recycled
Viewing Your Mail

Taking Action
